Les journaux saoudiens ont axé leur intérêt, à travers leurs éditoriaux et analyses, sur plusieurs questions d'ordre national, arabe, régional et international. Les relations saoudo-irakiennes, la situation au Yémen, la course des hommes politiques et économiques vers l'Iran, la situation immobilière au Royaume d'Arabie Saoudite et la sollicitude accordée aux jeunes au Royaume ont été les principaux thèmes traités par l'ensemble de la presse saoudienne.
Le journal (Erriadh) fait état du comportement des politiques irakiens au moment où les autorités du Royaume d'Arabie Saoudite s'activent à achever les formalités de la réouverture de son ambassade à Bagdad avec la nomination de l'ambassadeur Thameur Essab'hane, 25 ans après. En effet, ajoute le journal, les déclarations de Nouri El-Maliki, personnalité officielle du pouvoir irakien ne peuvent que nuire au processus de reprise des relations entre les deux pays.
Quant à (Al Watan), il écrit que la décision du gouvernement légitime du Yémen d'envoyer d'autres ministres à Aden dans les jours à venir constitue un nouveau pas sur la voie de prise en main de la chose publique et du retour à la normale de la vie quotidienne dans ce pays frère afin de procéder aux réformes et aux correctifs nécessaires suite aux destructions et aux ruines laissées par les putschistes et les rebelles Houthis et leurs alliés partisans du président déchu Ali Saleh.
