The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received President Xi Jinping of the People's Republic of China at the historical palace of Al-Muraba'a here today. Upon arrival, the traditional Al-Ardhah (folkloric dance) was performed in which the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Chinese President took part. Then, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques accompanied the Chinese President into Al-Muraba'a palace, where had a rest and drank Arabic coffee and some popular cuisine. The Chinese President watched the yard of Al-Muraba'a palace which was built upon the order of late King Abdulaziz to be the headquarters of the Royal Court in 1355 AH (1936 AD) and completed in 1358 AH ( 1939 AD), and becomes one of the most prominent landmarks of Riyadh city. --More 15:01 LOCAL TIME 12:01 GMT تغريد
