The two Saudi teachers, Abdulrahman bin Maqbul Al-Sharari and Salem bin Misfr Al-Ghamdi, arrived at King Khalid International Airport here yesterday evening coming from the Republic of Djibouti after being released by Houthi coup rebels. They were accompanied by the United Nations envoy to Yemen Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed and the Saudi Ambassador to Yemen Mohammed bin Saeed Al Jaber. It is worth mentioning that they were working in the Republic of the Comoros, specifically in an institute of the Muslim World League, where on Thursday, March 25, 2015, they left King Abdulaziz Airport in Jeddah to the city of Moroni via Sana'a airport and after plane landed, the flights were suspended due to the Operation Decisive Storm, therefore the United Nations Mission hosted them in Movenpick Hotel in Sana'a where the United Nations mission's headquarters located. Then, a group of Houthi armed rebels came to the hotel and arrested, detained and took them to an unknown location and remained hostages during the last period until they have been released and handed to UN's envoy to Yemen Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed yesterday morning January 14, 2016 to leave Djibouti in peace.
