As I express to Your Excellency my strong condemnation of this terrorist act, I offer condolences to Your Excellency, the families of the victims and the brotherly people of the Turkish Republic, praying to Allah Almighty to grant the victims rest in peace, bestow the injured quick recovery, and avert the Republic of Turkey and its brotherly people all evils.
