Djibouti's Dean of Diplomatic Corps: Saudi Arabia has sovereign right to enforce regulations against perpetrators of criminal acts

Djibouti's Ambassador Dya-eddine Bamakhrama, dean of the diplomatic corps in Riyadh, said today that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has its sovereign right of application of existing regulations on its territory against those found guilty of committing criminal acts affecting its security.
In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Bamakhrama said that every country has the right to protect the security of its people and its interests through application of regulations and laws.
