The Command of Coalition to support legitimacy in Yemen has issued a statement in which it said that the coalition command has been and is still keen to create the right conditions to find a peaceful solution to the Yemeni cause and enable the legitimate government of Yemen to restore security and stability, therefore, it has agreed to the truce requested by Yemeni President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi, which was extended for an additional period, but that the continuation of the Houthi militias and troops of the ousted Saleh in breach of the truce by: - Repeated blatant attacks on the territory of the Kingdom by the launch of ballistic missiles toward Saudi cities. - Targeting the Saudi border posts. - Continuing obstruction of relief works and the seizure of food and medical supplies provided to the Yemeni people. - The continuation of bombing houses, killing and the arrest of Yemeni citizens by Houthi militias and their proxies in the cities under their control, all this shows their lack of seriousness and disregard for civilian lives as well as their attempt to take advantage of the truce to achieve gains, all accordingly, the command of the coalition announces the end of ceasefire in Yemen beginning at 14:00 on Saturday dated January 2, 2016.
