Sheikh added, "The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' annual royal speech under the dome of the Shura Council will be a comprehensive one in its contents on national issues, developmental approach, to which the state is looking forward and seeking to achieve in all areas in a comprehensive and balanced development march that meets the needs of citizens, and achieves their aspirations, in addition to the current regional and international political issues and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's position towards them."
