Third: The Cabinet authorized the Minister of Finance - or his deputy - to sign a draft Protocol to amend the agreement concluded between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Austria to avoid double taxation with respect to taxes on income and capital and to prevent tax evasion, which was signed in Riyadh on 19/02/1437H.
Fourth: The Cabinet authorized the Minister of Water and Electricity - or his deputy - to discuss and sign with the Mauritanian side a draft memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of water and sanitation between the Ministry of Water and Electricity of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Water and Sanitation of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.
