Sharq and Al-Jazirah highlighted that for more than thirty years, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has suffered more than any other country across the world from the scourge of terrorism, and remained during those years alone to fight terrorism by all means at its disposal. They added that the Kingdom has studied all modern visions in agreement with all the countries of the Islamic world that terrorism today poses a threat to the Islamic religion and tarnishes the image of Islam in the West, through the adoption of these terrorist operations under the pretext of religion, which has nothing to do with the crimes of the criminals' killing and harassment of all sects. Yet, all Saudi newspapers agreed that this Islamic military Alliance came in line with the Charters of the United Nations, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and other international organizations and norms that see terrorism as a scourge which must be combated and eliminated, considering this alliance as a matter of urgency and the necessity and not an option, but just a historical turning point in fighting and confronting terrorism.
