undeveloped lands within urban areas, the amendment of Articles 4 and 5 of the Health System to insert the women health program, the amendment regulating service offered to internal pilgrims, Umrah performers and prophet mosque visitors coming from outside the Kingdom, pilgrims transport system from and back to their home countries, prevention of non-Saudis to deal with pilgrims, Umrah-performers and visitors housing, amendments on the competitiveness system, audiovisual media system, amendment on the sixth article of information crimes combating, in addition to a host of international regulations, treaties, agreements and annual reports of governmental agencies as well as discussion on the 9th development plan of the State. Al Al-Sheikh attributed the success of Majlis Ash-shura over the past year to the grace of God Almighty, first, and then, to the instructions and support of the prudent leadership as well as the cooperation voiced and brought to reality of ministers and officials of the government, vowing to continue the methodology of consulting with officials and normal citizens through allowing them to attend the debates or sharing views through social media outlets. He forwarded thanks and gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud; Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior; Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense; for their support and interest in the Shura Council in its capacity as the government's right hand in achieving and planning for the reforms and development march currently witnessed by the Kingdom in this prosperous era. Finally, Al Al-Sheikh appealed to Allah Almighty to profess success for the leadership of this country for the benefit of its people and bestow permanent stability and security on it and protect it from any harm.
