U.S. President Barack Obama said Thursday that it is possible that the mass shooting in San Bernardino, California, Wednesday was related to terrorism but that authorities still do not know. "At this stage, we do not know why this terrible event occurred," Obama told reporters in the Oval Office of the White House. "It is possible this was terrorist related but we don't know. It's also possible this was workplace related." A man and his wife shot 14 people to death and seriously wounded more than a dozen others in a precision attack at a social service center for the disabled before they were gunned down in a vehicle a few kilometers away in a shootout with police.
