US President Barack Obama arrived in Malaysia on Friday in the last stage of an Asian tour aiming to strengthen Washington's efforts to restore balance in its relations with Asia. President Obama have come to Malaysia from Manila after he attended the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum, where he sought to strengthen the economic role of the United States. Obama will attend early next week, the summit of ten-member Association of Southeast Asian Nations meetings (ASEAN), prior to a summit of East Asian countries with seven other countries including China, Japan.
