The Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud chaired the Cabinet's session at Al-Yamamah palace in Riyadh on Monday afternoon.
- On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques expressed his thanks and appreciation to the leaders and heads of delegations of Arab and South American countries who participated in the 4th Summit of Arab and South American countries for their appreciation of the Kingdom's efforts in the organization and success of the summit.
- The Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques stressed the King's speech in opening the summit and his emphasis on the importance of relations between the two sides and the Kingdom's keenness on developing them in all fields.
- The Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques briefed the Cabinet on the results of meetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques with a number of leaders of countries who participated in the Summit.
- The Cabinet expressed its congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques on the summit's unprecedented success in its comprehensiveness and number of topics dealt with, commending the final statement issued by the summit and Riyadh Declaration.
-The Cabinet emphasized the importance of convening the Group of Twenty Summit in view of the world's witnessing of events and critical economic and political circumstances requiring the unification of the global position to confront these issues, stressing that the Kingdom's participation in the summit under the chairmanship of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques embodies the Kingdom's great prestigious status under his leadership.
- The Cabinet appreciated the King's speech delivered at the working dinner session of the leaders and heads of delegations of the participating countries, its contents of condemnation and denunciation of the terrorist bombings that took place in Paris, emphasis on redoubling the international community's efforts to root out terrorism and rid the world of its evil, Kingdom's keenness to fight it firmly and confront its intellectual perceptions, especially those that take from the teachings of Islam as a justification, and the King's assurances and calls for cooperation and mobilization of initiatives to reach a truly global solutions to pressing challenges facing the countries of the world.
- The Cabinet confirmed the Kingdom's condemnation and denunciation of the terrorist bombings in Lebanese and French capitals, re-emphasizing the Kingdom's calls for unifying and doubling the international efforts to fight the serious scourge of terrorism.
- The Cabinet commended the efforts of the Ministry of Interior, represented by Anti-narcotics National Committee, in the implementation of the national project for the prevention of narcotics "Nebras".
