General Ban Ki-moon commended the Kingdom's continuing and early efforts in fighting terrorism, adding that the United Nations Secretary-General is well aware that the Kingdom has taken decisive and firm positions against terrorism, whether it is from individuals, groups or states. Al-Youm newspaper commented on bombings in France, indicating that Al-Assad's regime may be behind these terrorist attacks, as the French government has called for Al-Assad to step down.
