AlHijjah 17, 1436, October 01, 2015, SPA -- Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas.
Al-Sharq newspaper said that President Vladimir Putin has become a strategic partner of Bashar Al-Assad as long as he started his partnership yesterday with killing Syrian children, women and youth when Russian aircraft struck various cities and towns in Syria.
Al-Madinah, Al-Watan, and Al-Youm newspapers commented on Iran, saying that the exclusion of Iran from the participation in the summit of combating terrorism and extremism held in New York yesterday on the sidelines of the meetings of the General Assembly of the United Nations means an international recognition that Iran is a state sponsoring terrorism.
