AlHijjah 12, 1436, September 26, 2015, SPA -- Seasonal management committees at the Passport General Department issued 76 administrative decisions against violators of the Hajj instructions from the date of 1/11 until 11/12/1436 AH. Media center of the department said that total fines against violators was 3.74 million Riyals and total prison sentences against them was 1005 days. The administrative decisions included the confiscation claims of 16 vehicles used in the transport of persons traveling to perform Hajj without a permit.
