AlHijjah 10, 1436, Sep 24, 2015, SPA -- British Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs Philip Hammond expressed condolence on the victims of the stampede incident which occurred in Mina today, killing and injuringd several pilgrims. In his personal account on Twitter, he said "A sad accident occurred in Makkah. I offer my condolence to all those affected of what has happened". For his part, British State Minister for the Middle East Affairs Thopyas Eliot expressed profound sorrow for the victims, saying "I was shocked to hear the news of victims falling during performing Hajj rituals. I offer my condolence to their families".
