AlQa'dah 24, 1436, Sep 8, 2015, SPA -- At least 7,962 people have been killed and 17,811 wounded in violence in eastern Ukraine since April 2014, the Office of the U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) said Tuesday. "This is a conservative estimate, and the actual numbers could be considerably higher," OHCHR said in its regular report by U.N. monitors in the country.
