up, monitoring and preventing drug smuggling attempts into the Kingdom and the arrest of those involved in the smuggling and their recipients, commending the coordination and integration among various agencies and the keenness to protect the homeland and its citizens from the scourge of drugs. Eng. Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al-Hussein said the Cabinet was briefed on the remaining agenda, among them some have been studied by the Shura Council, and reached the following conclusions: First: The Cabinet authorized the minister of finance or his deputy to sign a draft agreement between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the government of Gabon to evade double taxation in regard of taxes on income and prevent tax evasion, forward the final version of the agreement after being signed for the completion of the necessary legal procedure. Second: The Cabinet approved the regulation of the Saudi Contractors Commission and authorized the minister of commerce and industry to form its first board of directors, provided that the members should be among those interested in the profession of contracting.
