AlQa'dah 22, 1436, September 06, 2015, SPA -- The Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz has sent a cable of congratulations to President Dilma Rousseff of the Federal Republic of Brazil on the anniversary of her country's Independence Day.
In his cable, the Prince wished the President constant good health and happiness and her people steady progress and prosperity.
