SAMA Approves Requests to Increase Capital

AlQa'dah 16, 1436, Aug 31, 2015, SPA -- The Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) has approved requests of MetLife Company, American International Group and Arab National Bank for Cooperative Insurance to increase their capital after completion of all relevant requirements.
In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the SAMA explained that the approval of the requests for increasing capital of the insurance companies do not mean approval of the feasibility of investment in the stocks of those companies or subscription.
