AlQa'dah 16, 1436, Aug 31, 2015, SPA -- Kuwaiti First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on Monday received visiting UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator Stephen O'Brien. During the meeting, they discussed the international efforts to alleviate the sufferings of the afflicted people around the globe, with the Syrian crisis on top. They also addressed the humanitarian situation in Iraq and Yemen, and means to support efforts to provide humanitarian needs for the displaced and the refugees.
