AlQa'dah 09, 1436, August 24, 2015, SPA -- Decisive action must be taken against right-wing protesters who rioted in front a shelter for asylum seekers in eastern Germany at the weekend, the country's vice chancellor said Monday, according to dpa. "The people spreading this violence must not be given a millimetre of space," Vice Chancellor Sigmar Gabriel said in the town of Heidenau, near Dresden. The town's mayor, Juergen Opitz, said Chancellor Angela Merkel should also visit the scene of the riots, which left more than 30 police officers injured. "I hope ... to welcome Mrs Merkel here no later than the day after tomorrow," he told reporters. Merkel's spokesman said the chancellor condemned the "repulsive" violence.
