Renewed tensions in St Louis after latest police shooting

AlQa'dah 6, 1436, Aug 21, 2015, SPA -- Authorities in St Louis, Missouri, said Friday that a post-mortem examination showed an African-American man killed by police was shot in the back, dpa reported.
Mansur Ball-Bey, 18, was shot Wednesday by two officers as police
were serving a search warrant on a house in the crime-plagued
Fountain Park neighbourhood in northern St Louis.
