AlQa'dah 5, 1436, Aug 20, 2015, SPA -- Turkey's Supreme Electoral Council recommended November 1 as the date for new elections after the failure of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's party to form a coalition government, dpa quoted a news report as saying Thursday. The final election date is expected to be announced Sunday, CNN Turk reported. Sunday is the date on which the mandate to form a government runs out, and Erdogan could then announce new elections.
