AlQa'dah 5, 1436, Aug 20, 2015, SPA -- The General Presidency of Meteorology and Environment announced that the Northeast wind known as "Al-Seba" caused high temperatures in Jeddah governorate, especially the eastern parts thereof, where it registered 50 degrees Celsius in the shade this day, pointing out that temperatures will this afternoon decline to return to its normal average from easterly winds shift to southwesterly. It also reported that the weather is very hot during the afternoon on the eastern, central and northern parts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, accompanied by active surface wind rising dust in a way limiting visibility with high humidity on the Saudi coastal parts.
