AlQa'dah 4, 1436, Aug 19, 2015, SPA -- Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic on Wednesday criticized the EU for not responding to Hungary's building of a border fence and said Belgrade will build a shelter for thousands of migrants transiting to Western Europe, dpa reported. "The European Union should not have turned its head away from [the construction of] wires and fences. But it did close its eyes. I think it should have reacted to that," he said. Vucic was referring to the fence that Hungary erected along its 170-kilometre border with Serbia in an attempt to curb the inflow of refugees via the so-called Balkan route - from Turkey, via Greece, Macedonia and Serbia.
