AlQa'dah 03, 1436, August 18, 2015, SPA -- It was too soon to know if an explosion at a famous shrine in Thailand's capital that killed at least 19 people was a terrorist attack, the State Department said Monday. Spokesman John Kirby said Thai authorities were investigating and had not requested assistance from U.S. officials so far.
