Another round of elections looked likely in Turkey after coalition talks between the country's ruling AKP party and the opposition CHP failed, more than two months after parliamentary elections, dpa reported. "We have come to the conclusion that no basis for a partnership exists," said the AKP chairman, Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu, after a last meeting with CHP leader Kemal Kilicdaroglu in Ankara. According to the constitution, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan can call new elections if no government is formed.
