Kuwait, Russia FMs Discuss Bilateral Ties

Kuwait's Acting Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah discussed with Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov promoting bilateral ties.
In a telephone call today, the two officials also tackled regional and international development and issues of common interest.
