Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Youm newspaper said that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has achieved a real renaissance in the petrochemical industry, noting that since the establishment of Saudi Arabian Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) in the late seventies of the last century, the Corporation has made successive accomplishments in converting natural gas and petroleum liquids into petrochemicals due to the unlimited support provided by the State to petrochemical industries for decades.
