An international drug dealer who earned the 'Mil Caras' (1,000 faces) nickname for the ability to disguise his identity has been arrested in Colombia, dpa quoted Italian police as saying Tuesday. Marlon Sebastian Molina Vega was apprehended in the central city of Ibague in a joint Italian-Colombian operation, a statement said. A member of the now dismantled Cartagena drug cartel, Molina Vega was a major smuggler of cocaine, who worked with Italian Mafia organizations such as the Ndrangheta from Calabria, the Camorra near Naples and Sicily's Cosa Nostra. He has been on Interpol's and Europol's wanted lists for the past six years, Italian authorities said. Molina Vega was arrested in Costa Rica and extradited to Italy, but after an initial stay in a high security jail he faked a psychological disorder and was moved to a medical prison near Rome, from where he escaped. Police said he stayed in Europe for some time before going back to his native Colombia, where he was caught for the second time. -- SPA 22:59 LOCAL TIME 19:59 GMT تغريد
