Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas.
Al-Watan and Al-Madinah newspapers said that the speech of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz congratulating Muslims on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr confirms that the Kingdom will not deviate from its principles based on the Holy Quran and Prophetic Sunnah, quoting the King as saying that the Kingdom has become a model for unity, serenity, development and construction at the individual and society levels.
The papers also quoted the King as saying, "Today the Arab and Islamic nation is desperately in need to adhere to its principles as it was in the eras of strength to confront the evil organizations, the source of extremism and terrorism.
