Eurozone leaders unanimously agreed Monday to a new bailout programme for Greece after nearly 17 hours of last-ditch negotiations with Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras, dpa reported. "EuroSummit has unanimously reached agreement," EU President Donald Tusk wrote on Twitter. "All ready to go for ESM programme for Greece with serious reforms and financial support," he added, referring to the eurozone's bailout fund, the European Stability Mechanism. With the details of the deal still needing to be worked out and approved by several governments, it was not immediately clear how quickly aid would flow to Athens. The eurozone has been in a race against time to avoid a default in Greece, which has been cut off from bailout aid, has fallen into arrears to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and is at risk of losing access to emergency support from the European Central Bank
