New appointments in Yemeni armed forces

Yemeni President Abed Rabbo Mansor Hadi issued a decision of new appointments in the Yemeni armed forces.
According to decision, the Yemeni President appointed Maj. Gen. Ahmed Seif Mohsen as commander of the fourth military region based in the city of Aden and appointed Brigadier General Nasser Abdullah Nasser Ba-Rwis as chief of staff for the same military region.
