Sabbagh explained that it was agreed with the United Nations to continue to consult on the use of it in other programs to be carried out by King Salman Center for relief and humanitarian aid in confirmation of the strategic partnership between them. The Spokesman of King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid said that the Centre and the United Nations also agreed on the activation of the agreement, so that all of the United Nations Organizations must sign with the Center a memorandum of understanding on the content of the proposed programs and their costs before the disbursement of funds, and that the amounts spent on based on payments completion of each task, as well as proposed programs by United Nations organizations shall be with the approval of King Salman Center in consultation with the legitimate government of Yemen.
