Dr. Nizar bin Obaid Madani, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, received here Ecuador's Ambassador Germain Vicente to Egypt who presented a copy of his credentials to Madani as Ecuador's Non-resident Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The meeting was attended by a number of officials.
