The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud chaired the Cabinet's session at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah on Monday afternoon.
- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques congratulated the Kingdom's people and Islamic and Arab peoples on the near advent of the holy month of Ramadan.
- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques briefed the Cabinet on the message received from Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah of the State of Kuwait, his talks with President Ali Bongo Ondimba of the Republic of Gabon and his meeting with the Executive Director of World Food Program Ertharin Cousin.
- The Cabinet welcomed the United Nations' efforts to hold Geneva conference on Yemen, re-emphasizing the Kingdom's support for the demands of the Yemeni legitimate government.
- The Cabinet welcomed the results of the 135th session of the Ministerial Council of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for Arab States held in Riyadh, and 23rd meeting of GCC Information Ministers held in Doha.
- The Cabinet commended the speech of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques during his audience with the officials of youth and sports in the Kingdom.
-The Cabinet expressed its satisfaction over the strength of the Saudi national economy as shown by the two annual reports 50 and 51 of Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency.
