Croatia draw with Italy, stay top in Euro 2016 campaign

Croatia drew 1-1 against Italy Friday and retained first place in Group H in the qualifying phase to Euro 2016.
Croat striker Mario Mandzukic and the Azzurri midfielder Antonio Candreva converted first-half penalties as Croatia had Darijo Srna dismissed in the closing minute.
The hosts moved on 14 points with six games played.
Italy are second on 12 as Norway (10) drew 0-0 at home to Azerbaijan.
No fans were admitted at the Poljud stadium in Split following the racist chants of Croat fans during a qualifier against Norway in March.
