EU border agency chief: no military action against migrant boats

The European Union's border agency Frontex will not
take any military action against people-traffickers in the
Mediterranean, dpa cited agency chief Fabrice Leggeri as telling German television on
Wednesday.
"That is impossible. That is not our job," Leggeri said on public
channel ZDF's morning show.
