Rescuers recovered five more bodies from an earthquake-stricken mountain in the eastern Malaysian part of Borneo, bringing to 18 the total number of fatalities and leaving only one person unaccounted for, dpa cited a senior official as saying. Deputy Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin said rescue workers are hoping to bring the bodies down from Mount Kinabalu, in the state of Sabah, 1,600 kilometres east of Kuala Lumpur. The 19 victims - including the one person still missing - comprise seven Malaysians, nine Singaporeans, one Filipino, One Japanese and one Chinese. The nine from Singapore were a group of students on a tour with two teachers.
