South Korea's Ministry of Health on Friday reported a fourth death from an outbreak of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) that has caused widespread public anxiety across the country. According to dpa, the 76-year-old man who died Thursday had been identified as having the virus two weeks earlier, and had come into contact with South Korea's first infected person. The latest fatality was the fourth reported MERS death in South Korea, where a total of 41 cases have been reported. Some 1,600 others remain under quarantine.
