France's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Bertrand Besancenot has stressed that his country is one of the largest European countries that has trade with the Kingdom in the world, especially in the fields of technology, energy, infrastructure, transportation and training. In a press statement on the sidelines of a visit by a Saudi trade delegation to France, he said that the two countries signed a number of agreements in the field of protection and promotion of investments, describing the bilateral relationship in the economic field as of a high level and importance, contributing to the double of the volume of trade exchanges to reach more than 10 billion euros in 2014, an increase of 10% compared to 2013.
