The Yemeni government has condemned the terrorist bombing that targeted Al-Anoud mosque in Dammam, which killed a number of innocent people. In a press statement, it asserted that these terrorist acts that affect the mosques and do not take into account the sanctity of blood nor that of mosques can't be carried out but by people whose hearts are filled with hatred, indicating that this painful tragedy is an evidence of its wayward perpetrators and their deviant thoughts. It further said that this terrorist act which targets places of worship, terrorizes innocent people and kills innocent people is a coward terrorist act having nothing to do with the Islamic religion, stressing the Republic of Yemen's stand with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in fighting such acts of terrorism. The Yemeni government also expressed its condolences to the Saudi leadership and the people as well as to the people of the dead and wounded who were martyred in this cowardly criminal act, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
