On behalf of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdul Aziz, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior as well as Chairman of the National Committee for Combating Drugs, Deputy Interior Minister Abdul Rahman bin Ali Rubaiaan launched Sunday evening the National Center for Addiction Consultation and the media unit at the headquarters of the secretariat of the National Committee for Combating Drug in Riyadh. The Deputy Interior Minister toured the accompanying exhibition and listened to a detailed explanation of its contents including photos and documentary films telling the achievements of the Ministry of Interior in tackling the scourge of drugs. Then, a number of speakers highlighted efforts in the field of combating drugs. Afterwards, the Deputy Interior Minister launched the National Project on Prevention of Drugs (Nibras) in partnership with the Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC).
