Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Adel bin Zaid Al-Toraifi arrived in Cairo Wednesday evening on a visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt to lead the Saudi delegation participating in the Arab Information Ministers Council meeting in its forty sixth regular session to be held on Thursday at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Arab League.
