Minister of Communications and Information Technology receives Maltese Minister of Economy and Investment

The Minister of Communications and Information Technology Dr. Mohammed Bin Ibrahim Al-Suwaiyel met here today the Minister of Economy, Investment and Small Business in the Republic of Malta Dr. Chris Cardona who heads the Maltese side at Saudi-Maltese Joint Committee, currently visiting the Kingdom.
During the meeting, they discussed ways of joint cooperation between the two countries and investment opportunities in the telecommunications and information technology sector.
For his part, Dr. Al-Suwaiyel talked about the development of telecommunications and information technology sector in the Kingdom and the use of the latest technologies in a fair competitive environment providing an opportunity for everyone to compete in it, as well as the interest of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in supporting medium and small enterprises projects.
