The paper noted that one among of the economic vital decisions issued by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques during those days is the wise decision to establish the Council of Economic and Development Affairs, headed by Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense.
