Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior, in presence of Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, met today President Barack Obama of the United States of America at the White House in Washington. At the outset of the meeting, the US President welcomed the Crown Prince and the Deputy Crown Prince, stressing importance of this meeting, before his meeting with the GCC leaders' at the Camp David, to review the relations between the two friendly countries and to discuss the Yemeni crisis and the truce of ceasefire. In this regard, the US President confirmed stand by the legitimate government in Yemen. The talks between the two sides will focus on the Kingdom's contributions in combating the ISIS terrorist organization and the Iraqi and Syrian crises which will be discussed in details at tomorrow's meeting. The US President has lauded the strength of strategic and historical relations between the two friendly countries and their keenness to exert more efforts in order to enhance and support these relations at all arenas. The US President pointed out the existing bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States of America for combating terrorism, lauding the great efforts exerted by the Crown Prince in this field. For his part, the Crown Prince conveyed greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to the US President. In turn, the US President sent his greetings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. The Crown Prince stressed importance of bilateral relations between the Kingdom and the United States and ways of enhancing them in all fields in the interest of the two countries and the region. The meeting was attended by Minister of State and Cabinet's Member Dr. Saad bin Khalid Al-Jabri; Minister of State and Cabinet's Member Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban; Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Adel bin Zaid Al-Toraifi; Foreign Minister Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir, and Chief of General Intelligence Khalid bin Ali Al-Humaidan.
