The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received at Al-Yamamah Palace here today the Secretary of State of the United States of America John Kerry and his accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries, a number of issues of common interest, and overall developments on regional and international arenas.
The audience was attended by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior; Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Crown Prince, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense; Minister of State and Cabinet's Member Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban; Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Adel bin Zaid Altoraifi; and Minister of Foreign Affairs Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir.
On the US side, it was attended by Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs Anne Patterson, Deputy Chief of US Mission to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Timothy A. Lenderking, and Chief of General Staff Vice Admiral Kurt W. Tidd.
